My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although a bit dirty, had plenty of great modern features, like a big TV and multiple charging ports. They were compact but suited our needs. I did miss having a kettle and coffee/tea facility in the room. The service was warm and accommodating, with staff available for tips and recommendations, even if the policy of cleaning rooms only after 7 days seemed a bit long for the small space. The location was amazing, just outside the center of London and close to Kensington, making it easy to access all the major city spots in less than 20 minutes.
